Well let's just say I know everyone is different in the way they choose to work their business.  Im fact, I feel that as we are all unique individuals, well so are the ways we run our businesses.


My question to each one of you is this~~ What is one thing you do that makes running your business  just a little easier?


As a new Wahm I  find that each day there is some type of new obstacle that I must overcome that is always related to my children.  I also make it point that day to try to find a solution to that obstacle. Of course  that is sometimes easy said than done!!!!!

I'll second the planner.  I've never been good about using it before.  But of course now that I have so many appointments, I had to become one with it.  lol

A big thing that makes my life easier is wordpress and being able to schedule blog posts ahead.  I can work on blogs once a week and set them to post each day of the week or even months out.

Second thing that will make my life even easier next year is using a VA!  I'm finally to the point I have hired her and I'm uber excited to be able to get some of the tedious stuff sent to her.  I haven't been getting everything done like I need to, but now I will!

My biggest obstacle has been fitting everything that I want to get done into the day!  I've had to learn to be flexible, and a little less controlling - cause let's face it - how often are we in control over what goes on from day to day with little ones around? LOL

I've gotten back to lists! I keep some as text docs., front and center on my computer desktop.  One for each website w/ related biz, one for VA work.  Plus my planner and I have become friends again - it's made running my businesses much easier.  Not forgetting as much.
