Are You a Night Owl or a Morning Person?

I'm a horrible sleeper.  I have so much to do that I stay up too late.  So after reading the article, how does goji help?  I've taken natural sleep aids before and they didn't do anything.  But alas, I think the problem is that I do not have regular sleep patterns and there are many nights that I just get an idea and run with it.

Alas tonight is one of those nights.  lol  I should be in bed in 40 minutes but that is not going to happen.  lol
