Oh and I didn't mean to take the post and change it.  I highly suggest everyone check out coaching.  I'm of course a big promoter of it since it's my job, but I also am human and need it myself!

How exactly did you become a life coach?  I'm a personal trainer and this ends up being a life coach as well most days.  lol  But I would love to get more into it and especially online.
